(1) There will be the following committee at the central level to monitor the separation, processing, disposal and final disposal of waste:-

(a) Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development

Head of the Division looking at related issues - Coordinator

(b) Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology

Authorized representative of at least the Deputy Secretary level - Member

(c) Urban Authorized representative of at least the Deputy Secretary level of the Ministry of Development - Member (d) Authorized representative of the Deputy Secretary level of the Ministry of Health and Population - Member (d) ) authorized representative of the Garbage Management Technical Assistance Center - Member - Member (f) Head of the Department of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development - Member-Secretary /p>

(2) The committee may involve experts in the monitoring as needed in the course of monitoring.

(3) The committee will organize its own procedures.

(4) Local bodies manage garbage. can monitor the following issues in relation to:-

- (a) whether measures and techniques have been adopted to reduce waste at the source,

(b) waste reuse and recycling prescribed by the local body to reduce waste Whether or not the law is followed, (c) whether the waste is separated at the source, whether the unseparated and separated waste is not disposed of according to the specified place, time and manner, Whether things have been followed or not.
